Welcome to the new PGR website. The PGR platform has been fully integrated and relaunched in this updated version. Please use this updated version to access the latest features and the most comprehensive set of functions.

PGR provides agronomically useful information in peanut species, including genome sequences, genetic maps, genes, gene families, and mapped traits with related data. The site continues to make use of several open-source projects, supporting efficient collaboration with other research groups and databases (e.g. PeanutBase, ICRISAT, CSFL, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Oil Crops Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences).

Genes search by using a description, a GO term, or a KEGG feature.

Execute BLAST against peanut genome or genes.

Survey gene expressions of 29 transcriptomes by using Keyword or BLAST Search.

This resource is funded by Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, the State Key Laboratory of Ecological Pest Control of Fujian, International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), and National Cheng Kung University.
Developed and hosted by Fujian Provincial Key laboratory of Plant Molecular and Cell Biology, Institute of Oil Crops of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University with the help of many other researchers from international peanut community and other related communities. Anouncement

The genome data in the "Peanut Genome Research" website have not been published formally. The data can be used in research and no profitable affairs, but are not allowed to use the resource for genome study, nor publish it directly. First release of genome sequence of cultivated peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.). (2017/12/21)

Data from Resequencing 27 accessions including wild species and cultivated peanut varieties enrich the genome resource and highlight cultivated peanut evolution and domestication. (2017/10)

Ultra-high density of SNP genetic map makes the peanut genome assembly more complete. (2017/05)
